As a B.Tech student in Information Technology at Apollo Institute of Engineering and Technology and co-founder of Ideate Advertising, where I manage Meta Ads and social media platforms for clients, leadership has always been a key focus for me. Joining this course has significantly enhanced my leadership abilities by surrounding me with like-minded individuals who are driven to invest in themselves. The vibrant and energetic environment inspired me to push my boundaries and aim for higher goals.

The Sessions, led by our mentor Payank Sir, were truly transformative. They provided actionable tasks that emphasized self-improvement, goal-setting, and communication skills. These sessions have been transformative, teaching me essential skills for personal and professional growth. I learned to prioritize fitness and maintain a healthy body, understanding its critical role in effective leadership.

The habit of setting daily to-do lists and following through has helped me cultivate accountability and discipline in my routine. Additionally, the sessions enhanced my communication skills, enabling me to express myself with clarity and confidence by mastering voice tone, pauses, and delivery. Also, the most significant lesson I learned was to have a positive mindset before leading the outside world. These lessons have been invaluable in shaping a more balanced and effective approach to life and leadership.

Payank Sir is not just our mentor but also a true guide who has gone above and beyond to help us upskill and become better versions of ourselves.He taught us so much, from setting realistic short-term and long-term goals to understanding how to communicate effectively, behave professionally, and make tough career and life decisions. His guidance has had a huge impact on us, helping us navigate through some really serious challenges with confidence.

What made his sessions even more special was the way he broke down complex topics into simple, relatable ideas.
